I broke down on the A10 at 2am recently and called a few recovery companies and as it was so late I was fobbed off. Broke down due to overheating, and i'd been messed around by another company for nearly 4 hours (excuse after excuse for not turning up). After a quick phone call I got an accurate ETA (which was within 15 mins of the call!) and a price there and then.
In a stressful time I couldn't have asked for better service! Arrived within 15mins and dropped at home 30 odd miles away. Very calm (which calmed me down) and professional.
